1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Flowly's mobile application, website, waitlist, support channels, and related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

3. The Service
Flowly is a personal finance application that helps users record and understand financial information such as accounts, transactions, budgets, goals, trends, reminders, and related records. Flowly may include AI-assisted onboarding, chat, voice transaction entry, receipt scanning, analytics, notifications, feedback, export, erase, and account deletion tools.
4. Not Financial Advice
Flowly does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, or professional advice. Any insights, analytics, AI-generated content, forecasts, suggestions, or summaries are informational only. You are responsible for reviewing information and making your own financial decisions.
5. Account Registration and Security
You may need an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.
6. Your Data and Content
You retain ownership of the information and content you submit to Flowly. You grant Flowly a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, analyze, and otherwise use your content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you enter or upload, including financial records, receipt images, feedback, and AI messages.
7. AI Features
Flowly may use AI to parse transactions, scan receipts, assist onboarding, answer finance-related questions, and support app workflows. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for your situation. You must review AI-generated results before saving transactions, relying on recommendations, or taking action.
We may limit AI usage by feature, time period, account, abuse signals, technical capacity, or cost controls.
8. Receipts, Voice, and Permissions
Receipt scanning, photo attachments, microphone, speech recognition, and notifications require device permissions. If you deny or revoke permissions, related features may not work. Voice and receipt features may send text, audio-derived text, or images to Flowly and service providers for processing.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service illegally or harmfully;
- attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service;
- reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or abuse the Service except where allowed by law;
- upload malicious, unlawful, infringing, or abusive content;
- use AI features to generate harmful, deceptive, or unlawful content;
- misrepresent your identity or financial data.
10. Notifications and Communications
Flowly may send service, security, support, product, waitlist, and notification messages. You can manage push notifications through the app or device settings. Marketing or waitlist communications may include unsubscribe or consent controls where required.
11. Export, Erase, and Account Deletion
Where available, Flowly lets you export your data, erase app data while keeping your account, or delete your account. Deletion is intended to be permanent, but limited information may remain in backups, logs, security records, provider systems, or records we are required or permitted to keep.
12. Subscriptions and Purchases
The first App Store release does not include an active subscription or purchase flow. If paid features are introduced later, additional payment, renewal, cancellation, refund, and store terms may apply.
13. Availability and Changes
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may release fixes, updates, new features, or remove features. We may also limit access for maintenance, security, legal, abuse-prevention, or operational reasons.
14. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party providers, including hosting, analytics, diagnostics, AI, push notification, sign-in, email, and storage providers. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
15. Beta, Waitlist, and Pre-Release Features
Some features may be experimental, beta, limited, or unavailable in certain releases. Beta or experimental features may be less reliable and may change without notice.
16. Intellectual Property
Flowly, including its software, design, branding, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Flowly or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may use the Service only as allowed by these Terms.
17. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, financial decisions, or loss of goodwill. Flowly's total liability for claims relating to the Service will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to Flowly for the Service in the three months before the claim or EUR 50.
19. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, misuse the Service, or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date and, where required, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
